EV 101: Gas to Electric. In this class, we’ll convert a gasoline vehicle to electric in just 5 to 6 days.
On the first day, we’ll cover the fundamentals and set up the components that will be installed in the vehicle. On day two, we’ll test all components on a bench. Running the system with Batteries, BMS, controller, motor, and charger. On day three, we’ll install the motor with the adapter plate.
By day four or five, we’ll have the batteries and charger with the DC-DC converter installed in the vehicle. The setup on the bench will be transferred directly into the vehicle without changes, making it essentially plug-and-play.
